Multi Metal Jet Washer/Spray Cabinet Cleaner

TYPE:

 Aluminum and Ferrous Metal Cleaner  

BENEFITS:

  • Low-foam cleaner powerful enough to remove tough soils from ferrous metal surfaces.

  • Unique buffering system prevents damage to sensitive metals, such as aluminum.

  • Rinses quickly, leaving no residue.

DIRECTIONS:

  • For most applications, as little as 1/4 pound per gallon (0.303 kg per 10L) of water at 160°F (71°C) to 180°F (82°C) is sufficient in cabinet parts washers.

  • When used in a hot soak vat, 1/2 to 1-1/2 pounds per gallon (0.6 to 1.8 kg per 10L), 180°F (82°C) to 210°F (98.9°C)is recommended.

This table is for a hot soak tank application. The recommended ratio is a range from **1/2 to 1-1/2 lbs per gallon** or **60 to 180 g per liter**.

WASTE DISPOSAL:

  • All oils must be skimmed off.

  • Since product is biodegradable, gross dilution with water to lower pH is all that is required for sewering.

  • Dispose of in accordance with all local, provincial and federal regulations.
